Seattle Symphony Volunteers

The Seattle Symphony offers a volunteer program for individuals passionate about symphonic music and interested in supporting the organization's success. Volunteers play a crucial role in enabling the Symphony to perform over 200 concerts and serve more than 300,000 people each season. Opportunities include helping with education events, assisting artistic and administrative staff, and ushering at performances. Applicants must submit an online application, attend a Volunteer Open House, and complete a background check. Annual membership dues are required, with rates for seniors, students, and standard memberships. The minimum volunteer age is 21, and the Symphony does not accept court-appointed volunteers.
