National Arts Competition | YoungArts

The National Arts Competition by YoungArts is a prestigious opportunity for 15- to 18-year-old visual, literary, or performing artists to gain national recognition and support for their talents. Open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or those legally able to receive taxable income in the U.S., the competition accepts applications in 10 disciplines including Classical Music, Dance, Design, Film, Jazz, Photography, Theater, Visual Arts, Voice, and Writing. Winners receive cash awards ranging from $250 to $10,000, mentorship by accomplished artists, a lifetime of creative and professional support, a robust network of distinguished artists, and the opportunity to be nominated for the U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts. The application for the 2025 competition opens in July 2024.
