Ladder Internships

Ladder Internships offers a world-class internship program for ambitious high school students, founded by Harvard entrepreneurs. The program connects students with top startups to work on real-world projects in fields such as finance, environmental science, software engineering, machine learning & AI, health tech, and more. Interns are selected through a competitive process, with opportunities for financial aid. The internship is fully online, lasting 8 weeks with 5-10 hours of work per week. Participants gain valuable work experience, a letter of completion, and the chance to make a tangible impact at a leading startup.
