The United States Earth Science Organization (USESO) offers programs aimed at preparing students for challenges that intersect Earth, technology, and society. The National Open Exam, a prerequisite for further participation, occurs in March, with registration costing $25. Selected students can attend the Training Camp, an in-person program at the University of Tulsa, focusing on Earth science education and preparation for the International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO). Additionally, the LEES program, a week-long online program in July, focuses on mentorship, research, and discussions related to environmental policy and equity. USESO aims to cultivate leaders capable of making impactful decisions for the planet's future.
